All-Stars?

Did anyone else have a chuckle when they saw this?
Vote for Ichiro. Vote for Rauuuul. Maybe send a couple write-in votes for Bad Wlad, and maybe Beltre and Lopez as well. The rest don’t deserve much recognition.
I wonder if King Felix or the Cranky Canuck have a shot at the All-Star team.

I laughed. Then sobbed a little. Then gave into my raging fandom and voted for Mariners all the way down the list (the hardest ones to check were Wilkerson and Vidro…).

Good call with Joe Mauer. The guy tried too hard to blast things out of the park last year and it messed with his swing. It’s good to see him hitting again.
Not sure about your Granderson pick…he’s got time to earn it, but since he’s been back he hasn’t been too spectacular. Carlos Gomez has had as good a year (on more games though).

Lopez is about the only person on the Mariners right now playing at an All-Star level…Everyone else is playing way below their own potential except for our starting pitching….

I was a little biased when I voted so I for Ibanez, Ichiro, Lopez and Beltre. But not even the most biased fan ever would vote for Vidro or Richie.
