In order for Seattle to get Erik Bedard from the 15-day DL to the active roster someone had to lose their job.  Roy Corcoran was the loser in this one, though not deservedly.  In his eight games with Seattle he surrendered just two runs which resulted in a 1.69 ERA over 10.2 innings.

But who else do you send down?  Despite the bullpen woes this season most of the pitchers in the ‘pen have been solid overall.  Hopefully we can see Corcoran again this season.  He’s got some great stuff and was exciting to watch.
